Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the plans?
Free sends up to 100 survey emails per period and is for trying Niotio out. Start adds 1,000 emails and 2 seats. Pro adds 3,000 emails, 5 seats, the detractor case workflow and webhooks. Business adds 10,000 emails, 15 seats and white label. A seat is the owner plus the people you share campaigns with.
What counts toward the survey email allowance?
Every survey email we send for you: survey invitations, reminders and follow-ups to detractors. Test campaigns and responses through a share link do not count.
What happens when I reach the limit?
On Free and Start, sending stops. If a send would go over the allowance, the whole send is blocked, so nobody gets an email and you are never left with half a send. On Pro and Business you can allow extra emails with a monthly cap; without it the same hard stop applies. You see your usage under Settings, and we let you know at 80% and 100%.
How do the extra emails work?
On Pro and Business you can turn on extra emails. Extra emails are billed at 15 DKK per started 100 emails and you set a monthly cap of 150 DKK. It stays off until you turn it on.
When does the allowance reset?
On the 1st of every month, at midnight Danish time. Changing plan does not reset the count.
How do I change plan?
Use the button on the plan you want and email us, and we will switch your account. Self-serve plan changes are on the way.
